About the team
We are Paul Knighton and Tina DeBoer, real estate professionals with MORE Realty in the Treasure Valley of Idaho. This site is our way of answering the questions every relocating family asks when Idaho starts looking good, and we built it the same way we run our business: honestly, locally, and as a team.
Why we work as a pair
A relocation is a lot of jobs: market analysis, financing strategy, school research, town tours, offer negotiation, and the 30-day admin sprint that follows closing. Rather than hand you to a rotating cast, we split the work along the lines we are each best at and stay the same two names on your emails from first call to move-in.
It also means you are never waiting on one person to be available. Between us, someone on the team answers within a business day, every time.

Paul handles the numbers side of a move: market analysis, financing strategy, and the fine print that makes relocation feel smooth instead of stressful. He works closely with lenders and inspectors so the details are buttoned up long before closing.

Tina is the day-to-day voice of the team. She answers questions fast, coordinates showings and video tours, and walks families through each stage of the move from first call to closing and move-in. Email her directly any time.
What we do
We match your commute, budget, schools, and pace to the right town, and we verify school boundaries for every address you fall for.
Equity modeling, market comparisons, and current pricing, with sources and caveats. We would rather lose a deal to honesty than win one on hype.
From first tour to final walkthrough, we coordinate lenders, inspectors, and title, and we stay on top of the 30-day license and registration clock.
Where we work
Licensed in Idaho with MORE Realty, we serve buyers, sellers, and relocating families across the metro. If your target town is just off the list, ask anyway; we have probably already shown homes there.
