Offer, contract, and logistics
- Tour homes and make your offer
- Complete inspections and appraisals
- Finalize financing and coordinate with your lender
- Lock mover dates and book utilities

Paperwork and packing
- File USPS change of address and update banks
- Arrange moving insurance and packing
- Confirm closing date and funds
- Sort job and employer paperwork (withholding, workers comp)

Keys, truck, and lights on

- Supervise moving day
- Confirm utilities are live at the new address
- Do a walkthrough of the new home with us

First 30 days
The arrival sprint
- Transfer your driver's license (within 30 days)
- Title and register vehicles (within 30 days)
- Register to vote and enroll kids in school
- Set up health care and prescriptions
